Screenshots of my initial messages to Hannah Stewart have been shared on social media. Many of the posts imply that I was purposefully dishonest in my first explaining what the series would be about.

It's obviously true that the focus I described in those February 2018 messages is lightyears away from the one the podcast ended up taking. The focus evolved overtime as I learned more about Matt's murder.
